Ref Brandy's bullet point...

.."We've sold 19,500 season tickets. Southampton have sold 12,500" - it is quite incredible how wide the Norwich support is compared to other teams...even with the odd supporters table published, when ever I explain to other footy fans just how big our support is compared to the size and location of Norfolk they seem to believe that:

a) I'm making it up
b) Nod, and then reckon it must be a) and I'm a liar
c) There's f**k all to do in Norwich (ignoring the fact that many of us do not live in Norwich anymore and haven't for yonks)

Either way, back in the day, when we finihsed 5th in the old 1st Division, it wouldn't have happened...the only time we sold out were when Liverpool and perhaps Man U came to town...the attitude then was "it wunt f**kin' last so waz tha point?"..

I can't believe it is all down to Sky coverage how big our support is these days...
