I cant believe you say Gerrard is overrated. He has virtually carried Liverpool for 3 or 4 years.

He doesnt score on the big occasions eh? Try champions league final, FA Cup Final (twice), where in both cases Liverpool would basically have been f**ked without him.

For England, he has scored plenty of decent goals whilst he has been forced to play more defensively than normal because of that fat arse Lampard...he was our top scorer at the world cup!

I rate Gerrard as the best all-round midfielder in the world. and probably in the worlds top 5 players.
