Just spoke to my sister back in Lowestoft...
she said someone found a load of blood, hair and human tissue on the Beccles bypass yesterday. She tried to drive over to Norwich and had to go the old route through Worlingham. On the way back the road was open.
Can't find much about it on BBC or EDP websites. Anyone closer to 'home' heard anything?
