I sometimes get a spasm in what I have just learned from Wikipedia

are the Muscles of Thenar Eminence of the right hand. It looks well freaky, and is a little painful, but I can quite happily cope with the pain becuase I enjoy the freakiness of it. It normally happens when I'm writing, or just after. I probably squeeze the pen to tighhtly with my thumb or something.
