ok then ... but are rental prices compariable to purchase prices ie if you bought a flat

for 200K at interest rate of 5%. This would make you repayment in the region of 1K pcm. Do rental charges also equate to this. In region of 1K pcm. Hope you understand that. Have not explained it that well !!
