A fairly easy techi question…I am trying to navigate .................... .....

around the NCFC site. After ten seconds or so it locks up. A pop up appears “ this program is not responding”. The site then crashes/closes. Is this a fault with my PC or a problem with the site? I’m at work now. Six times tried this and crashed every time. It has happened from home but not as frequently.
