If on PC and using IE7 press Ctrl and + to zoom in...

then press Ctrl and Prt Scr (usually about top right of keyboard) to save a picture of what is on your screen to your clipboard memory. You need to open up some picture software (photoshop/ MS Paint), paste the screen pic from the clipboard memory and crop it.

Or save the webpage 'Save as' saving it as html, then reopen it in word, the block on acessing it should be gone.
