Never use the back pocket

especially for wallet, it's just wrong, uncomfortable and breaks your cards (or did when i tried it when i was younger)

change, handkerchief and mobile in left pocket, wallet in right and keys depend as i don't always carry them on me, but usually right, if the others are right though everything just seems wrong and uncomfortable
