Russell vs Etuhu

I personally think that we have done good business in getting rid of Dickson for £1.5m and getting Russell in for £400-600k.

Russell never pulled out of a challenge, got himself in the box to score goals and got back to defend as well. He was a bit like Francis. Dickson used to roam around the pitch, win a couple of headers, head past the post, tackle a couple of times then you wouldn't see him for 50 minutes.

Sorry if I am going over old ground, but I've been on holiday while the whole re-signing of Russell has happened. Still say we need a couple of centre halfs, rumours are we are in for a couple, but only on loan.

The biggest thing for me that stands out for Russell, as well as Cureton is that they still love the club and jumped at the chance to come back here, these are the type of players we want. I don't think it will come straight away, but in time after about 6-8 games I think it will, and I really think we can finish in the top 6.
