I can't believe the hoofing is all down to Drury. I think he's doing that

because the left winger is creeping inside, which means in a zone-marking system he basically marks himself out, and the midfield are not stopping runs behind them, meaning a pass back to Shacks or the Doc is dangerous. Or maybe because both the Doc and Shacks are liabilities on the ball. Only option left is to hoof.

The reason I can't believe it's all down to him is that he never used to do it. It only really started last year.
