what i like is how similar this all is to when NW started

New broom, bit of honesty, clearing out hte dead wood, players that want to be here.
Not rocket science, just exactly what NW did to turn us around.
Nw's problem came when HIS players started causing trouble, he lost his momentum when we came back down and couldn't then get it back.
Hopefully Grant will match his initial achievements and then have the extra ability as a manager to exceed them.
