I reckon Russell would be a excellent signing...

...he's strong, committed, knows about Norwich and we know him, he's versatille so can cover for Saffers when he's away/injured/whatever, will also be cover for The Juge as well as being a pretty accomplished player in his own right.

All this for £600,000? Seems like a pretty good bit business to me.
