I reckon

honestly I think this is a valid point, whatever pants thinks. Grant is not a guy to keep someone in the team who doesn't want to be there. He's said this time and again. So why would he make an exception now? It's not even as if Saffers has been 'injured' in an Ashton 'I've got the scan to prove it' style... he was playing in Holland at the weekend! There's no way that any prospective purchaser would be happy with allowing their new midfielder to get injured playing a meaningless pre-season for another team, surely?
