Geek help required

Dear Geeks,

This is probably sub primary school level IT stuff but any help of the non-bristol/goose/half eight variety would be appreciated.

ahem....

Microsoft Word. Some useless f**kwit (me) has dicked around with the document 1 template and saved it with widiculous margins. How do I get it back to the bog standard template please?
