Dunno. I had all that stuff for about a month in the 90's and since have

removed speakers and put mute on - hence needing to ask which sound it was.

Fucking annoying. Mind you, now everybody has got used to silent computers in the office, the new annoyance are the bloody ringtones. Imagine working here at a Telco - everyone with at least 2 mobiles + 1 landline and in a big open-plan office. Oh, and some also feel the need to use hands-free. And of course any volume setting below 11 is just not done. Grrrr.

(Spose I'll be accused of mugging them off now)
