Who knows much about Betfair?

If I am incredibly negative and think that we just wont stay up what is the best way to use Betfair? I may sound crazy but everytime I bet on Norwich's opponents they get a result! I have to do it again on Sunday!

I understand the basics but not all this setting odds and stuff.

Anybody know much? SCC seems to be the king of this sort of thing, are you around?
