I simply cannot believe the bad reaction to the Etuhu deal...!

Time and time again last season, I would travel home from a Norwich game and I would be moaning about how ineffective Dickson was. Then on Canary Call (albeit containing generally mad carrot crunchers), the general public would comment on how poor he was.

Ok, so he did have some very good games, Chelsea of course, also Preston and Ipswich at home (again, all games he had incentives for).

I think, unlike Hucks, we can replace Dick with a better midfielder for 1.5million or less. I would still love to see Claus Jensen or Ben Watson here. We need some creativity or a box-to box player to work effectively alongside Brellier and Saf (?). Let us get some perspective here. We have signed Brellier, Cureton, Otsemobor and Marshall for about the same total as Etuhu.

Let's see how Grant plays with the money. I have faith.
