fair points but..

I've seen it before at Norwich when players who have potential seem to underperform - the reasons for this are anyone's guess - but if the club lacks ambition - some players performances will reflect that. We need players like Etuhu because of his strength, size and ability, but we also need them to be at the top of their game. Good players still need to be inspired and if we're not doing that then something is wrong with all of us.
