i was hoping someone could explain what happened to our Youth system because of Chase's

debts

as i'd been led to believe that the whole thing had to be dismantled, effectively setting us back somewhere between 5-10 years

i was also hoping that someone with some knowledge of the current youth system could put in a few words here, i know about the tacticzone initiative, but i thought there'd also been a number of others too

but yes, certainly the enforced catchment areas haven't helped
