Fucking useless.

Never answer the phone. Never leave a card with the customer if they're not in. Leave products in stupid places-like in a wheelie bin awaiting collection or up a tree. Sometimes don't deliver next day as "the driver didn't get round to it"-despite the fact next day delivery is the service I pay for.

Completely useless. Royal Mail Parcelforce, you will be getting a call....
