faith in nigel worthington to build a promotion winning squad. nigel's great strenth in my opinion was motivation.. and he already had alot of players who would be prepared to die for the course. all he had to do was bring in a couple of decent signings and the foundations where there. after relagtion building a squad proved to be hard for him, and motivating players who did'nt wanna be here even harder!
