You can't just reject offers out of hand these days though...

because of both buy out clauses and our poor financial position. Who is to blame for those two things I don't know, is it the board, or is it agents? I think this is one thing you cannot blame current or previous managers for, they only control the team they do not control contracts or finances. Perhaps I read too much WOTB but today for the first time I have started questioning the capabilities of our board and chief executive.

I agree with you that this is not a serious enough matter for either Grant or Huckerby to leave, I don't think either are about to do an O Neil.
