I'd suggest that if saff or dickson go, would already

have a replacement in mind and lined up.

I think the general opinion on this page at the moment is that both have tended to be very inconsistent, for different reasons.

We have brought in Lappin, Brellier, Fotheringham who have all had a pre season under their belts.

We have promising youngsters such as Rossi Jarvis and Spillane coming through and should have the best part of £2.5m + what is still left in the kitty if Saff and Dickson go.

I think that everyone, including Hucks, should reserve judgement until the closing of the transfer window.

A couple of weeks ago people were jumping for joy when we were signing people left right and centre. By the time the season starts the team will be as Grant intends it to be.

From what I have seen of the man so far, he has no room for shirkers. He wants players to play for us. If Dickson doesn't want to be here for us, then cheerio. As a player, Grant was 100% in everything that he did. Hence, why he played at a club like Celtic for many years.

Finally, I can promise you this. As Norwich city fans, this season we will not be able to question commitment. And I firmly believe that its the level of commitment that gets you out of this league, one way or the other.
