Contrary to what Hucks thinks

If we do sell Etuhu and Safri for the prices that are being mentioned, we can replace them. I can think of a few players who are well within our reach and price range.

Etuhu was decent for us in the run-in, but one thing that cannot be denied is that he is inconsistent and has a habit of rarely turning up for games. Plus, it wasn't long ago that a lot of people wanted him gone. If we get the price for him which is being mentioned, I won't complain. Etuhu can be a decent player. but I'd rather see one that performs on a regular basis than one that performs for 1 game in 5.

As much as I like Safri, he's on the wrong side of 30 and his injury / fitness problems have been well-documented. Plus, don't forget that he spends a considerable amount of time on international duty, and when he comes back, he's usually knackered. With these things in mind, he hardly fits the requirements of what PG wants.
