Ohhh, manual labour

Its been a while. Anyway I had a crap day at work farting around on the internet and the phone. I had a nice bit of lunch and then sloped off early. Probabababably do the same tomorrow but go fishing in the arfternoon.

Oh, and you can get flipping knotted.
