Clearly you've got to be more than a little warped (for want of a better word)

to want to blow up yourself and random others, but, as with, say, serial killers, there are always underlying reasons for justifying ones actions. There are real political reasons why these young people would execute these crimes. The terrorists consider themselves at war and this is how they wage it. One might disagree with their thinking and their demands, but the consequences of ignoring them are severe for many innocents - as last Thursday demonstrated.
