I see Premier teams have started loaning players,

Arsenal, Reading and Liverpool to be exact. Should PG be venturing this direction for a centre half? Would prefer a speedy, ball playing type to slot in along side Shackell. Any ideas from you types who know all the personnel from Premier reserve sides?
