I guess I'm a tough judge. I always seem to over-sentence when people come and ask me what they think the right outcome should be. But sheesh - stabbing her in the kidney ... someone who's capable of losing their self-control to that extent is a bit of a menace, to me

But then what do I know, the Court of Appeal will have far more experience. I guess your "not premeditated" point is a good one, even if I think it shouldn't be
