I only use Oink

Which is invitation only; but it's reckoned record industry reps are on there monitoring. Icky Thump was put up several times and each time "removed by request" (which could be a euphemism for "it's crap" though). Their UK ISP was also apparently forced to drop them because someone uploaded something really obscure - wasn't even music as I recall, so they've moved elsewhere now.

Seems that article is about films though, which Oink doesn't allow.
