It dunt strike me as very bright to explain in gloating detail how the 21/7 bombers

only failed cos their maths was bad. You can almost hear the Al Quaeda "Rucksack Bombing for Dummies" manual going into its second edition ("Now with clearer quantities tables!!")

It would have been much better to put out a false explanation like that they needed more peroxide, or a smaller detonator, or more oxygen or something. This being an explanation which if followed would result in the thing never going off, obviously.

Or maybe that's what they've done. Oh. I've confused myself now.
