Does anybody fully understand it? For instance:
1. The original decision not to deduct points was wrong, but no so wrong that it should be altered.
2. The third party agreement was supposed to be cancelled to allow Tevez to play at Wigan etc, but it wasn't. So what happens about that.
3. If Sheffield Utd receive compensation who pays it? Do the FA and the Premier League have that sort of money? And if so what loses out - grass roots football?
4. If Sheffied Utd receive compensation (£40m? £50m) who loses out? Not West Ham - it will be the 23 Championship clubs whose chances of promotion are reduced.
And don't get me started on Leeds United...
