Dave Striker against Brown for the Phil Boyer role, Cureton playing as MacDougall with Martin as his understury (probably not strong enough yet to play the hold up role). Dublin is ideal as a super-sub, for both attack and defence.
Bearing in mind the shorter season in the Czech league and the faster pace of the English game, it might take a season to adjust. Come Christmas we might be very pleased to have Brown as a squad player.
Come to that, we've really seen very little of Brown (well, in the footballing sense anyway) and he may shine in preseason, having had the extra fitness regime in the Summer, he should be aiming to be first choice at the start of the season. He wouldn't be the first reserve player to come here and have his career take off. That's not a prediction, just a hope, as the more depth we have in the squad the better.
