thats the thing

i didnt "find" it it seems to flip from EN to DE and ive given up trzing. All I wanted was to change the " and *sign that means "at" over*. so I went into control panel and changed the language which was set to swiss german to english uk and then clicked on the DE button at the bottom of the page and its all gone wrong
