Test average of 45, and averages that against Australia too.

Specialises at digging England out of holes. Are we going to be in a hole on the first morning when Australi put us in to bat? I rather think we are. I foresee England at 60-4. Who would you rather see coming out then - Pietersen or Thorpe? Thorpe for me.
