Why do you want a crash?
I wouldn't mind one because (a) it's good for business and (b) I'm probably going to move house soon and so I'll have to borrow less wodge to do so. But it would make my current house harder to sell and (thinking less selfishly) I don't like to think of economic hardship hitting across the country
