a commanding centre back would really make this pre season I think, and we've got the money to make it a very good one I think, unless we're still after another midfielder too.

I for one wouldn't be adverse to going after Andy Todd, perhaps as well as a younger centre back. Blackburn want to sell, he's only 32, has years of premiership experiance, has captained Blackburn. I'm convinced he'd be a class act in this division. Thing is he'd probably want some security with a long term contract, probably on largish wages
