Plenty of players have in the past, and, no doubt, plenty more will in the future.

IF that means we get a couple of good years out of them and a very good return on whatever we invested, fair enough, and, for a lot of those who have "used us" in that way, I still have fond memories-from Kevin Drinkell, right up to Deano, in a way, but Earnies seemed a bit more mercenary than the rest, even Ashton. As someone said yesterday, he never really "felt" as if he ever was at Norwich and I agree.

But good luck to him-wonder if he has a relegation release clause with Derby?
