The only negative for the Canaries last night was the sight of skipper Fleming being escorted to the touch line after just five minutes with blood pouring from his nose following an aerial collision.

It turned out that Fleming had suffered a break but he won't be missing any action as a result.

"Fleming has got a broken nose, but he'll get that straightened in the morning and he'll be back in training in the afternoon", explained the City boss.
