Ha ha, yes. I read a piece about Hatton's diet methods before the Castillo fight

Some earnest doctro was exoplaining how terrible it is for the body to yo yo up and down, and how Hatton would never lose those extra fat cells he acquired on his binges, they would simply shrink.

Then I saw him come into the ring and he looked like he'd been carved from marble. Best shape he's ever been in, awesome.
