The general manager is saying that Norwich have registered an interest in Střihavka, but it's not a done deal yet. He is still a Baník player.

At the end, he also says that Norwich have been looking at the player for a long time and are aware of his qualities.

The general gist seems to be that the transfer will happen, but has not gone through yet.
