Without provocation? does Smudger not constantly attack those who support the board?

1. Silly money was not what was said but yes you are right in principle but in my opinon this to put teams off and was in the hope that earny's agent was not doing the rounds which we now know he was. However in recent weeks it all went quite on that front since earny made his comments about playing in the prem. good luck to him and hope he does well at derby, he deserves to be in the prem.

2. Would you rather get more money on a player who isn't cup tied or have him cup tied and get less, this isn't about trust this just makes financial sense. Yes you can criticise them for the spin but I don't think there was anything disengenuious towards the fans here.

3. I don't explicitly remember either Doncaster saying that or there being a release clause that triggered Svenny leaving (although that does ring a few bells) but I'll take your word for it and that was the wrong thing to say but was hardly the basis to distrust the board.
