so its not a coincedance that nobody has paid more then that for him?

he had 2/3 great season at cardiff (at the same level) and went to west brom for 3m. has a decent season in the premiership scoring 14 i believe it was, and we still only paid 3m for him? so what did he do here that he did'nt do elsewhere to increase in value???
