Nothing surprising has happened today (apart from the revelation of the clause)

I have thought for ages that:

a) earnie would definitely leave
b) Cureton was our back-up option for the midget striker role if we didn't get Sharp. Sure enough, one day after the Sharp-Sheff U thing here he is.

Personally, since I don't like a midget striker in our team with Hucks I am probably happier we are only spending £700k and not £2m on such a player and would prefer us to spend more on a bigger striker (as well as those CM/DC/GK players)
