Shocking

that some posters on here feel that not getting Sharp is indicative of some dreadful malaise at the club.
To me, it's hugely refreshing when you hear that 'we've had Gilks watched on many occasions' (paraphrase - don't come and bite my bottom for any perceived inaccuracies) - showing that we actually are out there doing things, and any failure to sign players surely has more to do with our relative (lack of) financial clout, our league position, our geographical position.
Gosh we complain about the gold scum and their lack of reality in terms of the status of the club but some of us seem to have become equally confused.
Anyway I want a new centre back and good luck to Sharp going back to his home club for more money!
