that depends

If you use all the generally accepted scientific evidence you can totally attribute it all to humans.

If you read the mail you can make up "scientific data" to say it's all natural.

Following the Earth's heating/cooling pattern we should be in or around an ice age at the moment (every 12000 years).

Global Warming is a strange subject in that, against walls of recognised scientific research which has pointed the finger of blame at humans for climate change, there are still masses and masses of people that find a way of argueing against the evidence. Even though hardly any Scientists involved in the research think it's anything other than humans.
