A defence that can't keep a clean sheet
A team that can't score goals
No leader on the pitch (except dion)
We can't score form a set piece
Players suffering from Fatigue
Significant amount of injuries, in training
Letting goals in, in the last 5 mins of a game

The coach is suposed to nuture these things, I'm not saying its all his faults but this season he needs to step up to the mark, yes the players have to do better but the coach has to instill the basics
