Players are signed up to July each season, we've signed Otsomebor, but are only paying him from July, so he still isn't our player yet

It's the way the club work.

I don't understand the frustration season after season, why we haven't signed anyone when we do the same thing every year, and begin signing players in July and August, usually to rid ourselves of unnessary wage costs
