its only a rumour that he wants to stay in the north

and he's only come from his dad saying it, and he's only 21.

Just smacks to me of a young lad not wanting to leave home - but most of us go through that when we move away or go to uni or whatever, but when we actually get to the place we're going, its great - so hopefully yesterday's field trip for him did the job.
