I think Earnshaw offers a predatory goalscorer with an average all round game.

Nugent is alot better all round; but won't score the same number of goals as Earnshaw. Nugent's youth is an advantage, but Earnshaw is only 26; that's still a good 6 years of in-his-prime Earnshaw.

If Nugent/Ashton/Johnson are worth between £7-8mil, then IMO Earnshaw is worth £6mil easily.
