Susan Carter is Neil's wife. She was born a Horrobin - the rotten dishonest family who are responsible for half the local crime.

The Horrobins are generally an "off-stage" family - very few of them get speaking parts, but they are referred ot every now and then. Apart from Susan, her beastly brother Clive has popped up regularly.

Her Mum is Usha's cleaner ... she's a non-speaking part ... and I think she's called Ivy.

So the answer is Ivy Horrobin.
